Strategic Customer Success Lead – Treasury & Capital Markets

Teciem seeks a Senior Customer Success Executive to own retention and adoption for a portfolio of complex Treasury & Capital Markets clients across Europe. You will lead health checks, referenceable reviews, and operate as a trusted advisor on system usage and product evolution.

In this senior role, you will demonstrate modules, partner with Presales, and guide orchestration of cross-functional teams to optimize client value and long-term platform success.
