Strategic Customer Care Director - Growth & Ops (Hybrid)

Onepilot is seeking an Account Director in Customer Support to lead a portfolio of strategic clients for the DACH market. You will report to Lucas, COO, and oversee a team of Account Managers to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences.

Your mission is to scale customer support operations, strengthen long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable growth while upholding best-in-class performance across SLAs, KPIs, and CSAT. Fluency in German and English is required.
