Strategic Buyer

We are currently seeking a Strategic Buyer to support sourcing activities in a dynamic international environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in supplier selection, contract negotiation, and procurement coordination across projects . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing activities support project performance in cost, quality, delivery, and compliance .

This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of procurement strategy and project execution , while developing strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the full supplier selection and RFQ process
• Leading sourcing initiatives from RFQ preparation through supplier selection and contract finalization
• Overseeing supplier contract execution and coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Monitoring QCDT performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology)
• Supporting commodity strategy and supplier panel development
• Building strong supplier relationships and performance management
• Gathering and analyzing procurement needs across projects to support sourcing strategies

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
• 2–5 years of full experience in sourcing or procurement
• Knowledge of contract management
• Comfortable working in a matrix and international environment
• Structured, results-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
