Strategic Brand Partnerships Manager

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships roadmap aligned with Dreame’s premium positioning
  • Build and nurture relationships with key external partners, including brands, agencies, event organizers and cultural platforms
  • Shape partnership concepts that elevate brand perception and create meaningful consumer engagement
  • Business Development & Negotiation
  • Proactively source and evaluate new partnership opportunities in market
  • Identify high-impact opportunities that can drive both brand equity and commercial growth
  • Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements ensuring mutual value creation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partnerships with commercial and marketing objectives
  • Manage and allocate partnership budgets, evaluate ROI and impact, optimizing spend based on performance
  • Activation & Execution
  • Collaborate with local and central teams to bring partnerships to life through events, activations, and co-branded initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality execution and consistency with Dreame brand standards
  • Monitor and optimize performance of partnerships through defined KPIs
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as a key connector between marketing, sales, PR and HQ teams
  • Ensure strong alignment between market and HQ, translating global vision into impactful local execution
  • Build internal alignment and drive projects forward in a dynamic and evolving organization
  • Navigate complex international dynamics, aligning diverse stakeholders and ensuring consistency

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, marketing, business development or agency roles
  • Proven track record in building and managing strategic collaborations or partnerships
  • High standards and strong attention to detail in both strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: builder, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience in international environments is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
