Strategic BI & Analytics Leader

Karos is strengthening its BI function to empower decision making and client analytics. As Lead BI & Analytics you will define the BI operating model, own the BI stack, and turn data into actionable insights used across ExCom and product teams.

You will own the analytics layer from source data to dashboards, train teams on Metabase, establish governance, and shape a scalable BI offering for clients. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement and hands-on data tooling.
