ITW Performance Polymers is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand the Bonding & Encapsulation business in Transportation and General Industrial markets. You will lead strategic account plans, build relationships with key influencers, and drive new opportunities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will operate in a highly autonomous role with a hunter mindset, coordinating with marketing, R&D and sales to deliver long-term growth across direct clients and applicators.
