Strategic Assortment & Forecasting Lead

Pandora is seeking an Assortment Planning Manager for Paris to translate global assortment into a locally relevant cluster offer for Western Europe. You will own sales forecasting, product planning, and demand signals, ensuring alignment with global strategy and brand framework.

You will lead Open-to-Buy planning, monitor performance, and collaborate with Global Merchandising to reflect market needs while driving inventory and sales optimization.
