Strategic AI Customer Success Leader

Dust is a GenAI-native company seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the end-to-end journey for our Key & Strategic accounts. You will partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, value realization, and strategic growth across customer organizations.

You’ll collaborate with AI Deployment Strategists, engineers, product, and Sales to scale Dust’s impact, shape the CS function, and own outcomes with a doer attitude.
