Strategic Advisor Value-Based Healthcare & Population Health

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced healthcare executive, strategist, product leader, operator, or subject matter expert with deep experience in value-based care, population health, ACOs, or healthcare risk management. You will work directly with leadership to help design and structure an innovative risk-oriented product focused on improving outcomes and reducing avoidable healthcare costs in post-acute care environments.

What You'll Do

• Advise on the design and structure of a new healthcare risk product.
• Help evaluate product-market fit, market positioning, and commercialization approaches.
• Identify potential risks, incentives, and unintended consequences within proposed product structures.
• Contribute expertise around value-based care models, risk-bearing entities, and population health organizations.
• Help us navigate complex questions involving healthcare economics, incentives, reimbursement, care delivery, and risk transfer.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine concepts into a scalable and commercially viable offering.
• Serve as a thought partner as we move from concept development toward real-world implementation.
