Strategic Accounts CSM: Remote Fintech Growth Partner

Spiko is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts in Paris. You will own the full relationship with VIP clients, from onboarding through retention and expansion, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver maximum value.

You’ll drive growth by identifying expansion opportunities, designing scalable engagement strategies, and improving the client experience across multiple European markets. Remote-friendly with strong cross-functional collaboration.
