Strategic Accounts CSM — Drive Growth & Adoption

Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Success Manager for strategic accounts in France. You will own VIP relationships, onboarding through retention and expansion, and act as the bridge to Product, Engineering, and Ops.

A strong emphasis on driving growth, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration is required. You will lead business reviews with senior stakeholders, identify expansion signals, and coordinate with sales for upsell opportunities.
