Strategic Accounts CSM — Data Center Growth Lead (France)

Data4 in Marcoussis is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth across the client lifecycle within our data center operations. You will own onboarding, coordinate across internal teams, manage KPIs and reports, handle escalations, and support audits while maintaining strong communication in English and French.

The role is hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day at home) and requires strong collaboration with Sales and Operations to deliver high-value outcomes.
