\nAbout this team and role:
\nWhat you’ll do:
\n- \n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts \n
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships \n
- Understand our customer goals, challenges, and business needs \n
- Drive Firefox Enterprise adoption, engagement, and overall satisfaction across the account \n
- Manage renewals and proactively address retention risks \n
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, Solution Engineering) to deliver a seamless customer experience \n
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including additional seats, upgraded tiers, or new use cases \n
- Track account health, usage, and performance metrics, including forecast reports on retention, renewal and expansion \n
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning with customers \n
- Resolve issues and escalation when necessary to ensure timely resolution \n
What you’ll bring:
\n- \n
- Significant experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, security, or platform account management, sales, customer support or other customer facing roles \n
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of a customer organization \n
- Proven track record of supporting customer renewals, retention, and revenue growth \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French. \n
- Must be willing and able to travel within France as needed for the role, with a preference for candidates located in the Paris metro area \n
- Must be willing and able to occasionally accommodate collaboration and meetings aligned with U.S. business hours \n
- Negotiation and influence skills to support renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy \n
