Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise account management, B2B SaaS sales, or customer-facing commercial roles, ideally with exposure to retail, consumer goods, hospitality, or multi-site operations
  • Strong academic background, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commercially driven and competitive, with a strong desire to exceed targets
  • Experience working with retail, hospitality, consumer goods, or other multi-location businesses is a strong plus
  • Trusted by senior stakeholders (CEO, C-Level) thanks to strong judgment, reliability, and follow-through
  • Fluent in English & French - Knowledge of Spanish, Italian or German is a clear advantage
  • Right to work in France

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a driven and structured Strategic Account Manager to join our Paris team
  • You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, acting as the commercial lead responsible for retention, expansion, executive alignment, and long-term account strategy.
  • Your mission will be to understand each client’s business priorities, identify opportunities to create measurable value, and expand the adoption of YOOBIC across their organization
  • This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical problem-solving, executive stakeholder management, and a competitive commercial mindset.
  • You may come from strategy consulting, enterprise B2B sales, SaaS account management, or another demanding client-facing environment. Experience with retail or multi-site organizations is a strong plus
  • Manage the growth of a client portfolio including upselling and cross selling YOOBIC products
  • Act as primary account owner and develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business challenges, evaluate client’s growth needs and offer appropriate strategies and solutions
  • Build account strategies, work with senior executives, diagnose business needs and own revenue outcomes
  • Draft, negotiate and close business proposals
  • Own and lead business reviews with your clients
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
