Strategic Account Executive, French, English

• Proactively identify and qualify high-potential new hospitality clients
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire key hospitality accounts
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
• Demonstrate Lightspeed's integrated POS, online ordering, and inventory management solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations for hospitality businesses
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new-customer acquisition targets
• Build relationships with hospitality owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Understand client objectives and challenges and align solutions to their needs
• Transition new customers to implementation and launch teams
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to improve customer experience and grow MRR
• Maintain accurate sales activity and prospect records in the CRM system
• Contribute to wider team and organizational objectives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a 360 selling environment
• Relevant experience in IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, retail/hospitality, or technology
• Experience in an outbound sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets in a direct sales environment
• French and English speaking
• Experience in a hospitality environment is advantageous but not necessary
