Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex Top Tier Strategy Consultants and strategic account advisors, working as a SWAT team for Strategic Accounts, France Sales Leadership, up to Country Leader. Our Business Value Services Team is high impact, part of the newly created Customer Office, supporting Country Leader OU. The Customer Office is a catalyst for customer value creation, driving innovation and AI at scale through cutting‑edge solutions. Our mission is to accelerate value realization for our clients by shaping state‑of‑the‑art solutions that address specific business and industry challenges with precision and impact. The team is playing a major role in leading the way in AI‑powered transformation with Agentforce, Data Cloud and our C360, redefining how organizations consume and extract value from technology. As part of the Customer Office, BVS brings strategic, industry and business perspectives to our customers’ transformation. We are looking for a highly talented and passionate individual to drive industry‑focused strategy and execution across our most strategic accounts in France.

Responsibilities

  • Work with account sales teams to define the commercial strategy; prioritize sales initiatives based on pain points, value creation potential, and customers’ strategic priorities.
  • Build and deliver compelling Investment Justifications to secure customers’ funding for Salesforce solutions, identifying, analyzing and articulating key business value drivers.
  • Develop and refine industry‑specific executive content (e.g., points of view, value cases, presentations) for executive customers and prospects.
  • Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers’ businesses at scale.
  • Create attractive deal structures that articulate the value of our proposals.
  • Deliver compelling C‑level propositions as a basis for strategic technology and investment decisions.
  • Provide strategic and industry insights to support the sales team in identifying growth opportunities and presenting at key events.
  • Accelerate the strategy of our Agentforce solutions by driving insights and recommendations where agents can create value for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and pre‑sales teams to make our proposals attractive and compelling.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a strategy consulting firm or similar role in a tech environment, or experience at a strategy, industry, or high‑growth SaaS company.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to develop decks conveying quantified and actionable insights and recommendations to CxOs, demonstrating high EQ and tact while influencing, negotiating and navigating conflict. Self‑starter, high energy.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including quantitative and business understanding to articulate business cases, data analysis, logical reasoning, and experience developing and understanding models and analyzing complex datasets.
  • Capability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving and fast‑paced environment, setting vision, prioritizing, cutting through noise, and executing through ambiguity with limited information.
  • Appetite for consultative strategic selling and collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Solution Engineer, Architect, FDE, Partners, etc.).
  • Strong inclination toward technology, including AI and enterprise software, delivering high‑quality work consistently on time.
