As a Store Manager, and a valued member of one of the Venetian team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Responsibilities

  • As a leader within Sephora Italy, the world's most beloved Beauty Community, you will:
  • Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
  • Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
  • Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
  • Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
  • As the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
  • Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
  • Agility, dynamism, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
