Key Responsibilities

  • Virtue‑Based Leadership : Lead your team in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
  • Recruitment : Responsible for recruiting, pre‑boarding, and onboarding team members; build optimal team positioning and a future talent pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement : Develop and motivate your team through development plans, feedback, in‑store training, team meetings, and ensuring employee engagement scores meet or exceed benchmarks.
  • Guest Experience : Ensure a guest‑first approach, build strong relations in the local community, and increase overall guest loyalty.
  • Operational Requirements : Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards while upholding brand and local standards and ratings.
  • Shift Planning and Structures : Create shift plans that consider seasonality, local events, and traffic; manage employee absence, onboarding, off‑boarding, and guarantee working time complies with contracts, union agreements, and legal requirements.
  • Stock Handling : Own stock handling duties—counting, ordering—to maintain optimal inventory and keep waste below monthly targets.
  • Performance Management : Build sales and optimize store EBITDA to achieve defined KPI targets; meet cost budget, sales targets, and EBITDA goals through initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience leading a team of more than 10 employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Driven to become a people‑centric leader.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Operational Requirements : Hygiene standard, pest and fire safety control, and overall 4‑wall compliance.
  • Employee Engagement : Employee engagement score, turnover, and quick quit rates.
  • Guest Experience : Returning guests, app conversions, complaints, waiting time, product availability, and store audits.
  • Store Performance : Sales target, waste, salary cost, productivity, overhead cost, and 4‑wall EBITDA.
