Store Manager F&B - Luxury

For a major international player in the luxury pastry sector, we are seeking a Store Manager for one of its most prestigious locations, situated in the heart of Paris.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the store, coordinating a team of approximately 25 people and ensuring the maintenance of the highest standards of service, quality, and customer experience.

This position offers a compelling opportunity for a professional with a background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, premium retail, or luxury food & beverage, who is accustomed to working in structured, international environments with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational targets.
• Coordinate, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 25 staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and service quality. Ensure a customer experience that aligns with the brand's luxury positioning, maintaining high standards of hospitality, sales, and service.
• Oversee pastry, kitchen, and catering operations, ensuring effective collaboration across different functions.
• Organize schedules, operational activities, and staffing based on customer flow and store requirements.
• Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, productivity, costs, and store performance.
• Collaborate with corporate functions and other stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Manage and develop the team through ongoing training, coaching, and feedback.
• Contribute to the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and store performance.

The Profile We are looking for a professional with solid experience in managing operations within luxury hospitality, fine dining, premium food & beverage, or luxury retail.

Key requirements:

• Significant experience in roles such as Store Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Hospitality Manager. Experience managing large, structured teams (preferably 20+ people).
• Strong focus on customer experience and a culture of excellence. Proven ability to work in environments characterized by high quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to simultaneously manage operational, organizational, and people-related aspects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English
