Moncler is looking for a Store Manager to lead its boutique in Chamonix.

The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing and coaching the team.

Overview

Moncler is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to manage the Chamonix boutique, driving both business performance and customer experience.

Your Impact

  • Create a genuine, attentive, and long lasting relationship with clients, based on listening, meeting and exceeding their needs and expectations.
  • Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging competitive environment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall technical maintenance, cleanliness, and staff personal appearance.
  • Constantly enhance knowledge of the brand's history and values, and promote collections and product features.
  • Create an exciting work environment where trust and respect for diversity is valued.
  • Empower others through engagement and motivation, recognizing individual strengths and providing solutions to consistently improve.
  • Recognize talent and potential, fostering a feedback‑oriented coaching environment while ensuring team and individual development.
  • Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear priorities, tasks, and role definitions.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of previous experience in managerial roles in structured fashion luxury and retail companies.
  • Degree with specialization in retail or hospitality management is a plus.
  • Willingness to evolve within the organization.
  • Proven excellent client service and clienteling skills.
  • Fluency and sophistication in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Digitally aware, with deep knowledge of MS Office and proven experience in clienteling, payments, and warehouse management systems and tools.
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and managing team development.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Product sensitivity.
