Store Manager – Global Premium Brand – Womenswear & Menswear

A new opportunity is now available for a new store opening in the heart of Paris, in a beautifully designed retail space.
We are recruiting for a Store Manager with 2+ years’ experience within luxury fashion retail.
Our client is one of the most sought‑after premium brands globally, renowned for its modern and on‑trend ready‑to‑wear collections across both menswear and womenswear. Worn by royalty and fashion icons alike, the brand is built on strong values of sustainability, innovation, and fairness across every level of the business.
Role
- Reporting to the European Retail Manager / Head Office
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a high‑performing team of 5+ sales stylists
- Driving store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering an exceptional in‑store experience in line with brand standards
- Managing all daily store operations including stock, CRM, HR reporting, and administration
- Building strong client relationships through clientelling and CRM strategies
- Collaborating closely with Head Office and wider retail teams
- Leading by example on the shop floor to drive sales and team motivation
- Ensuring a seamless and premium brand presentation at all times
- Ensuring the selling floor is visually impactful, organised, and aligned with brand standards
- Overseeing stock management and ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently
- Maintaining a premium store environment reflecting the brand’s global image
- Monitoring product performance and providing feedback to Head Office
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience as a Store Manager (or Senior Assistant Manager) within a luxury fashion environment
- Proficiency in French and English required
- Experience managing and leading teams of 10+ staff
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive KPIs and sales performance
- Confidence in clientelling, styling, and CRM systems
- A passionate leader who inspires and motivates their team
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales‑driven and results‑focused
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Professional, polished, and well‑presented
- Demonstrates a positive “can do” attitude
