Store Manager

Slowear is looking for a talented and motivated Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Place de la Madeleine , one of Paris’ most iconic and prestigious shopping destinations.

This role represents an exciting opportunity to manage a key store within our international network and to embody a brand that stands for timeless elegance, refined Italian craftsmanship, and a distinctive approach to contemporary retail.

As Store Manager , you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and driving the boutique’s overall performance. You will act as an ambassador of Slowear values, fostering long‑term client relationships and overseeing all aspects of store operations with passion, leadership, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding and personalized client experiences.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store targets through effective business strategies.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, leveraging CRM and clienteling activities to nurture loyalty and engagement.
• Ensure an elevated service experience for a local and international clientele, reflecting the standards of the Slowear brand.
• Oversee daily operations including stock management, merchandising, visual standards, and store maintenance.
• Analyze KPIs, provide regular reporting, and implement action plans to support continuous business growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing environment.
• Uphold Slowear’s values of sustainability, quality, and refined Italian style in every client interaction.

Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in retail management, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Solid background in clienteling and CRM, with a passion for creating meaningful and lasting client relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset, supported by strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Deep appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and timeless fashion.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a hands‑on and proactive approach.
• Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong asset.

Compensation

Expected total annual package (fixed salary + variable bonus): €40,000–€45,000 gross .
