Your mission at TwoJeys

You’ll be leading our Paris store located in Le Marais, making sure the space not only performs commercially, but truly feels like TwoJeys every single day.

Reporting directly to the Retail team, you’ll manage a team of around 3–5 people and play a key role in building the culture, energy and customer experience inside the store. This role combines leadership, operations, people management and brand representation in one.

We’re looking for someone with strong retail experience, a natural sense of ownership, sensitivity for fashion/lifestyle, and the ability to create a high-performing and motivated team environment.

Main challenges

Team leadership & store culture

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team, creating a strong, positive and performance-driven environment.
• Organize schedules, shift coverage, holidays and day-to-day operational needs.
• Identify and develop internal talent, helping the team grow professionally.
• Follow up on individual and store performance, ensuring alignment with goals and company standards.
• Be a hands‑on leader and lead by example through attitude, accountability and presence on the shop floor.

Retail operations & business performance

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations and excellent execution across all retail processes.
• Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the TwoJeys universe and values.
• Monitor KPIs and proactively drive action plans to improve sales and productivity.
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, visual merchandising and back‑office organization.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with HQ and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure the store always reflects the brand standards in terms of image, energy and execution.

Brand & community

• Help bring the brand to life locally through activations, community initiatives and in‑store energy.
• Collaborate closely with Retail, Brand and PR teams to elevate the customer experience and store visibility.
• Be an ambassador of the brand and create genuine connections with customers and the local community.

Tu perfil

Who do we have in mind for this role?

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion/lifestyle retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial mindset with a good understanding of KPIs and retail performance.
• Highly organized, proactive and solution‑oriented profile.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Sensitivity for fashion, branding and customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead with empathy and clarity.
• Fluent French and English are required. Spanish is a plus.
• Based in Paris.
