What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Elevating the Customer Journey: Set the tone for a warm, welcoming store experience where customers receive genuine help finding the perfect gift.
• Commercial Leadership: Own the store’s performance, using insight, product knowledge, and creativity to maximise sales opportunities as a Store Manager.
• Team Inspiration & Accountability: Recruit, develop, and energise a team that delivers consistently high standards and memorable service.
• Visual Storytelling: Ensure the store is visually exciting, with engaging displays that inspire gifting ideas and encourage discovery.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain strong stock accuracy, smooth processes, and full compliance with company and Health & Safety standards.
• Driving Results Through KPIs: Take pride in achieving targets across sales, service, and team performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a senior retail leadership role, ideally as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up.
• A Passion for Customer Experience: You understand that gifting is personal, emotional, and all about the details.
• Commercial Mindset: Confidence in managing performance, analysing trends, and identifying opportunities.
• Natural Leader: Someone who leads from the front, motivates others, and builds a supportive, high-energy culture.
