Storage Engineering Leader: Strategy & Scale

Scaleway is looking for a Storag e Tribe leader to define the global technical vision and orchestrate engineering strategy for massive-scale storage systems. You will manage 30–50 engineers, including Engineering Managers and Tech Leads, ensuring performance and SLAs across Ceph-based storage.

You will report to the Director of Engineering and shape cross-functional alignment with product teams while evolving the team’s capabilities in a highly international environment.
