Stock Condition Surveyor

Stock Condition Surveyors required for a project to complete works by end of March 2024.

• Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing stock
• Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out and identify programme of works.
• Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices using total mobile system
• Working in partnership with asset management team and reporting any major building issues.
• Covering Northamptonshire area.
