Mission context: A project to redesign the customer and contract repository is underway with a target of production in 2026 and involves the implementation of: – the STEP tool from STIBO for the Customer Repository part – a Contract repository (RCC) developed in Java on Azure with a Postgre

SQL database – an ODL (exchange layer enabling the distribution of customer and contract data) developed in Java on Azure with a Postgre

SQL database.

RESPONSIBILITIES: – Production incident management (STEP/RCC/ODL) – Analysis and resolution of STEP issues – Development of fixes and/or enhancements for the various tools (STEP/RCC/ODL) – Writing functional and technical specifications – Design of technical solutions – Implementation of monitoring using Elasticsearch – Participation in data recovery phases within the project

Specific skills: STEP (ideally in customer reference mode), JAVA, proficiency in English

Strong writing skills ; Proficiency in SQL; Good communication skills (oral and written); Experience working in project mode (agile: SAFe); Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on different functional issues related to banking; Good understanding of functional requirements, listening and communication skills, strong analytical skills; Customer service oriented; Rigorous and organized ; Transparency; Autonomous ; Azure Elastic
