About the role

Anthropic is seeking a builder-focused lead to drive the adoption of Claude within the French and Southern European startup ecosystems. You will establish our presence from the ground up, creating programs that help startups integrate our technology while acting as a technical advisor to founders and venture capital firms.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the startup go-to-market strategy for France, expanding into Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
• Form strategic alliances with top-tier venture capital funds and accelerators like Station F to drive portfolio engagement.
• Build and manage your own analytics infrastructure and dashboards to measure program ROI and optimize performance.
• Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to ensure consistent account penetration.
• Organise and host builder summits, hackathons, founder salons, and demo days in cities including Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and enablement content to assist developers in building with Claude.
• Gather and relay product feedback from the regional startup community to influence the global product roadmap.
• Establish operational processes for partner management, including deal registration and funding programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, technical go-to-market, growth, or as a founder/operator.
• Native proficiency in French and professional fluency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage your own data dashboards and analytics.
• Hands-on experience building projects using Claude and Claude Code.
• Deep familiarity with the French and European AI/ML landscape and startup ecosystem.
• Proven history of building relationships with venture capital firms or accelerators.
• Experience with 0-to-1 program development and cross-functional project management.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
