Startup Financial Planner

We are launching an exciting baby food startup in Paris , and we are looking for a highly experienced startup consultant to help bring this vision to life. This is an incredible opportunity to work on a meaningful project focused on creating nutritious, diverse meals for children while prioritizing sustainability and innovation.

Tasks

This role is divided into three critical phases:

Phase 0: Planning and Strategy Development

Develop a detailed business plan that includes market analysis, competitive research, and a clear value proposition.

Create comprehensive financial projections , including cash flow forecasts, break-even analysis, and funding requirements.

Conduct a business valuation , factoring in market potential and scalability.

Develop a detailed operational plan that aligns closely with the financial forecast, ensuring all aspects of the business (hiring, production, marketing, logistics) are financially viable and scalable.

Help define the organizational structure, including roles, salaries, and operational costs.

Prepare investor materials , including a pitch deck and financial model, to attract funding.

Phase 1: Initial Launch and Foundation Building

Oversee the setup of critical business operations, including production, logistics, and distribution systems.

Assist in hiring planning and onboarding key team members , ensuring alignment with the startup’s goals.

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and supply chain management.

Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy , including branding, marketing, and customer acquisition.

Monitor and manage expenses against the launch budget , ensuring adherence to the financial forecast.
