The Team
Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
The Role
The Startup Activation FSR will be at the forefront of identifying and nurturing high-potential startups in the French ecosystem. The role acts as the bridge between innovative ventures and client’s cloud resources, specifically focusing on qualifying and driving game-changing AI collaborations.
Core Responsibilities:
Startup Engagement (40%)
- Proactively identify, connect with, and build relationships with founders and key technical leaders in the startup community.
- Drive meaningful engagement within the French startup ecosystem.
- Act as a natural relationship‑builder, inspiring founders with the possibilities of cloud technology.
AI Opportunity Qualification (40%)
- Deeply understand startup visions and technology to qualify potential for joint AI‑powered solutions on Cloud.
- Identify and engage with promising ventures to unlock tangible business opportunities.
- Stay "at ease" with AI concepts and applications to guide technical discussions.
Program Activation & Impact (20%)
- Act as the primary point of contact for activating the "client’s for Startups" program.
- Ensure a smooth and impactful experience for participating companies.
- Seamlessly engage qualified startups into world‑class programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Level: L4 (mid‑level, c. six years of experience)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of personalities.
- Proven ability to build relationships with founders and technical leaders.
- A high degree of self‑motivation and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep familiarity and comfort with Artificial Intelligence concepts and their practical applications.
- A genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for the next generation of startups.
- Experience working within the French startup ecosystem.
