JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting (Stakeholder Engagement Specialist) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). Generally located in CONUS – Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Facilitates collaboration with government, industry, and community stakeholders to advance energy initiatives. Align with Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area initiatives as a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist that facilitates collaboration with government, industry, and academia, ensuring clear communication of technical information. Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting and Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis and Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic and Regulatory Analysis technical consulting services and support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies. The role involves supporting DOE initiatives with analysis, collaboration, and strategic implementation, advising on policies, improving efficiency, managing projects, and ensuring compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Qualifications for Stakeholder Engagement Specialist: expertise in energy, policy, and technical consulting; domain expertise, technical proficiency, and experience in related fields.

Education & Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication abilities.
• Subject matter expertise in energy and policy domains.
