SCEA Château Chauvin, situé à Saint-Émilion, recherche un stagiaire pour un poste de soutien en vinification. Intégré à une petite équipe, vous participerez activement aux contrôles de maturité, à la réception du raisin et à diverses opérations de vinification. Ce stage est ouvert aux étudiants en BTS Viti‑Oeno, DNO ou ingénieur agronome, et vise à offrir une immersion complète dans l'univers du vin, au côté d'une équipe bienveillante.
