Responsibilities

• 75%: Assist the Director of Human Resources in the management of personnel and its organization.
• Research on labour law.
• Recruit different profiles.
• Organize professional elections.
• Update statistics on the quality of human resources management.
• Attend conferences on legal topics.
• Improve the ergonomics of certain workstations.
• 25%: Prepare and deliver language courses in English and German to company employees; prepare courses individually at different levels in both languages.

Qualifications

• BAC+3, BAC+4/5; study in a business school, university or equivalent.
• Excellent level in French, English and German.
• Good level of Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and analytical mindset.
• Pedagogical experience.
