About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate to join our team in Paris. This role is perfect for someone creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a passion for communication, events, growth, automation, tools, and customer acquisition.
You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, and Sales, with a primary focus on Marketing and support for Growth: helping to execute the communication plan, planning and running events, structuring, executing, and continuously improving multichannel acquisition campaigns, while also providing operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll be involved in diverse projects ranging from communication and events to growth tools management, CRM optimization, performance analysis, and content production.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
- Draft and set up communications to clients and prospects in customer.io (product emails, newsletters, event invitations, etc.)
- Organize webinars (platform setup, copywriting, and communications)
- Assist the Marketing Manager with daily tasks
- Provide operational support for events and trade shows (venue booking, equipment orders, managing stakeholders, meeting deadlines, etc.)
- Keep communication materials updated and refreshed
Growth Strategy
- Set up and track multichannel acquisition campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
- Create and optimize personalized email sequences
- Measure campaign performance through KPIs and suggest improvements
- Handle incoming requests for restaurant or contact data scraping and enrichment (Clay, CaptainData, n8n, etc.)
- Contribute to the technical SEO optimization of our website (article reviews, error fixes)
