Stagiaire Financements Structurés - juillet/décembre 2026
Notre département « **Financements Structurés** » serait heureux d'accueillir un(e) étudiant(e) pour un stage d'études de **juillet à décembre 2026**.
L’équipe intervient principalement sur des opérations de financements structurés très variées, notamment de titrisation portant sur tous types d’actifs.
Dans le cadre du stage proposé, le/la stagiaire sera amené(e) à participer à chaque étape de la réalisation des dossiers, et notamment à effectuer des recherches juridiques, rédiger des consultations juridiques, rédiger et revoir des documents contractuels et participer à des réunions de négociations.
Profil : Le/la candidat(e) devra disposer d’une formation Master 2 de droit des affaires, le cas échéant doublée d’une formation en école de commerce, de très solides connaissances en droit civil (droit des obligations, droit des biens et droit des sûretés), ainsi qu’en droit bancaire, droit des procédures collectives, réglementation boursière et financière, marchés de capitaux, maîtriser les problématiques financières et avoir une solide maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.**Technical Skills:****This list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
