The Opportunity

Le/La stagiaire sera intégré(e) au sein du Département Finance & Restructuring et assistera dans ce cadre les avocats de l'équipe (associés et collaborateurs). Le/La stagiaire sera impliqué(e) sur les dossiers de l'équipe et ses missions seront diverses : recherches juridiques approfondies et rédaction de notes d'analyse, participation à la rédaction et à la relecture de document de crédits et de sûretés, assistance dans la conduite d'opérations de financements (gestion de dossier, collecte et analyse des documents devant être remis à titre de conditions suspensives, organisation et préparation de réunions de signature ("closing"), suivi "post-closing").

Notre cabinet recherche pour son département Finance & Restructuring, un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 6 mois de janvier à juin 2027, à plein temps.Le/la stagiaire est doté(e) d'un très bon niveau d'anglais et justifie d'une première expérience réussie dans un cabinet d'avocats.
