Within the operations department, the planning director is responsible for scheduling the department’s core activities, from online sales production to member‑pack preparation in warehouses, with the goal of optimizing productivity, costs and service quality. The director launched an “integrated planning” project to unify all schedules into a single automated, reliable plan.
As the Integrated Planning Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the project manager to deliver the roadmap and continuously improve planning processes, collaborating with tool and business teams.
Missions
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and tools; contribute to the definition and writing of business requirements for new or evolving features; follow implementation by tool teams; prepare documentation and communication to support change; test new features before deployment; monitor the performance of new processes and features after rollout.
- Build and maintain alert files to track recurring process issues; monitor alerts daily to help resolve them; identify root causes and address the most frequent and impactful alerts.
- Execute and analyze existing processes and features to improve efficiency; run recurring planning processes; identify activities that may need review; analyze those activities, recommend improvements and implement them.
Pré requis
- Higher education (Bac +4/5) from engineering, business school or equivalent university degree.
- Technical skills:
- Supply chain knowledge.
- Proficient with office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Languages: French and English, both oral and written.
