Stage - Journalisme CNN
Internship Overview
6‑Month full‑time internship starting in October 2026, based in Paris.
Only students seeking an internship as part of their higher education program will be considered.
You will join CNN International's six‑person team and report to our Field Producer.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and assist in the production of television and written reports for CNN.
- Translate reports, official statements, and commentary.
- Participate in TV shoots and interviews.
- Support the logistics of CNN productions and assist in office administration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4 (or higher) degree in journalism, political science, or a comparable field.
- Strong writing accuracy with excellent grammar and punctuation in both French and English (minimum C2 level).
- Strong research skills and the ability to draft preliminary versions of press releases.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to anticipate deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented, able to prioritize tasks and handle requests when team members are working remotely.
- Solid understanding of social media tools, especially Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook.
Desired Skills
- Keen interest in news, digital media, and technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to engage with people at all levels.
- Extensive knowledge of international and French news.
- Motivated and capable of working within a small team.
- Adaptability and ability to manage changes effectively.
