Stage - International Marketing Assistant (H/F) - BYREDO
L'opportunité
We are looking for two International Marketing Assistants who will closely work with our International Marketing Project Managers on different scopes (APAC & TR/EMEA & NA). As a member of our amazing Go-to-Market team, you will contribute to building International Strategy for your regions and the delivery of global 360 marketing plans, ensuring the utmost integrity of brand representation at all customer touchpoints. You will report to either our APAC/ME International Marketing Manager OR to our EUR/US International Marketing Manager, depending on the region you are selected for. By the end of your internship, you will have developed both agility and the ability to adapt to shifting market dynamics.
Ce que vous aurez à faireInternational marketing strategy
· Contribute to the adaptation of the global marketing strategy to local markets and their specificities, ensuring the perfect execution of the Brand strategy.
· Prepare the consolidation of regional launching plans for internal use.
· Participate in follow-up weekly meetings with each market and remain their point of contact for operational requests (lab samples, sampling, GWP, and assetrequests).
· Support on building global guidelines to ensure market consistency.
Reporting
· Gather quantitative and qualitative post-campaign analysis from markets on our launch performances and compile info for global reporting.
· Compile competitor reviews and best practices on trade marketing activities and create monthly reports.
Coordination for creative content and assets
· Be the key liaison between markets and the selected content teams for briefing / delivery of content.
· Facilitate allocation / approval process for local market asset needs.
· Support ad hoc assets related tasks as required.
Visual merchandising (VM)
· Liaise with VM and markets to ensure planograms and merchandising guidelines are shared and executed.
· Gather market feedback on VM elements – global proposal and local execution.
Day-to-Day support
· Manage shipments, couriers, and proof of deliveries as required.
· Ad hoc support as required.
