Stage Ingénieur Amélioration continue H/F

Stryker seeks an engineering intern to support continuous improvement initiatives within production operations. The role involves deploying Lean methodology, identifying performance enhancements, integrating new equipment, and establishing key performance indicators across manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and facilitate Lean culture within production workshops to support continuous improvement
• Identify and implement actions to improve productivity, reduce lead times, and optimize flows
• Support integration of new production equipment with operational and technical teams
• Define, establish, and monitor performance indicators for activity management
• Contribute to standardization of best practices and manufacturing process improvements

Requirements

• Master's 2 student in industrial engineering, operations management, or equivalent
• Strong interest in industrial performance and Lean Management practices
• Proficiency in data analysis, indicator tracking, and problem-solving
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous in project execution
• Collaborative ability with diverse stakeholders in industrial settings
• Minimum B2 English proficiency for international environment

Compensation: €710–€1,000 EUR monthly
