Missions

Global Talent Management

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis, while measuring the effectiveness of current programs and identifying areas of improvement.
• Conduct detailed data analysis of talent pools, extracting insights to inform talent development programming.
• Partner with local HR to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community.
• Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, such as NEXT GEN Talent for individuals up to 30 years of age.
• Support the rollout of key Group and Maison talent initiatives, such as action planning following the new LVMH “Career Compass” career development framework.
• Provide animation, administrative, and logistical support for global talent development programs, such as the LVMH Spring Graduate Program.
• Manage mobility trackers for the team to organize next steps for career discussions and support succession planning for the organization.

Profile

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree.
• Strong interest in talent development and a desire to learn more about the field.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills – Excel, Power BI is a plus.
• Skilled presentation development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
