Stage - Finance Operations Officer ( July 2026 )
Join our Finance Operations team and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international environment. As a key member of our team, your core mission will be to help manage the complete order‑to‑cash cycle for our clients and to work on different projects to improve our day‑to‑day missions. You’ll ensure smooth financial workflows, making a tangible impact on the business.
Key responsibilities
Management of the Order to Cash activity
- Help manage the invoicing process for our large international enterprise accounts.
- Receive purchase orders from customers, ensure the correct link with projects, and monitor their consumption to anticipate over‑consumption.
- Ensure invoices are timely, accurate and complete, in line with our model and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments—accounting, sales, legal—to ensure billing accuracy.
- Manage customer support on issues relating to purchase orders, invoicing/payment and specific off‑platform invoicing (credit notes).
- Reconcile customer payments and cash collection of payment notices.
- Collect invoices due and overdue and ensure payment deadlines are met.
Innovation / Process automation
Optimize current financial processes and help the team reduce manual processes and scale.
About you
- You are currently enrolled in a business school or similar and looking for a full‑time 6‑month internship starting from July 2026.
- You have knowledge in finance or administration, or a first experience in that field is a big plus.
- You are proactive, organized and responsible.
- You are eager to learn and discover the freelance world.
- You have a good command of Excel (ENI, VBA certifications are a plus).
- You are fully fluent in French and English to communicate with English‑speaking colleagues and clients.
