As a DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY TRAINEE , you will join the Marketing & Support Operations team and contribute to scaling Ubigi’s global digital strategy.
You will work across multiple channels, markets, and digital touchpoints to improve content performance, and marketing efficiency, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Your mission
Content & Campaign Performance
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
Contribute to the creative briefs and adaptation of content across multiple markets and languages.
Liaise content/ assets production by agencies and ensure consistency across platforms.
Platforms, Analytics & Reporting
Build and update reporting dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly)
Analyze key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI)
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve the media mix
Trends, Innovation & Market Insights
Monitor digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and new content formats
Identify opportunities to enhance Ubigi’s presence across digital ecosystems
Contribute ideas to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
Support knowledge sharing within the team
Cross-Functional Projects & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support)
Support the execution of global marketing initiatives and campaigns
Contribute to project coordination and operational efficiency
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Your profile
Education / Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Technical skills
· You are fluent in French and have a good command of English
· Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, German, or Japanese) is a plus
· You are passionate about digital marketing and actively follow emerging technologies and e-commerce trends
Soft skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels
· Proactive mindset with a strong focus on results and execution
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
