Internship Details

Duration: July to December 2027 (6 months)

Team

L’équipe Corporate – M&A compte 13 avocats, dont 4 associés, 3 counsels et 5 collaborateurs.

Key practice areas:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of companies or assets
  • Equity and funding transactions
  • Joint‑ventures and partnerships
  • Restructuring (partial asset contributions, mergers, spin‑offs, etc.)
  • International operations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on transactional matters
  • Prepare research notes on specific technical issues
  • Review and contribute to drafting transaction documentation
  • Draft corporate documents (minutes, management reports, etc.)
  • Assist in audit preparation
  • Support transaction processes from preparation to closing

Qualifications

  • Graduate or currently studying for a Master 2 or equivalent business law degree, law student, or licensed bar candidate (or foreign bar)
  • Solid French commercial law training, preferably complemented by studies in business or a foreign university
  • Strong English language skills
  • Rigorous, dynamic, committed, and able to work in a team
  • Interest and experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
