Duration
Internship from January to June 2027 (6 months).
The Team
The Corporate – M&A team in Paris has 13 lawyers, including 4 partners, 3 counselors and 5 associates. We support leading French and foreign groups and investors in transactions such as:
- Acquisitions and disposals of companies or assets;
- Capital raises and shareholdings;
- Joint ventures and other partnerships;
- Restructurings (partial asset contributions, mergers, spin‑offs, etc.);
- International implantation.
Our work covers a wide range of sectors, especially insurance, financial services, health and new technologies. A particular depth of expertise exists in the insurance sector, and experience or interest in this field is an asset.
Scope and Responsibilities
The small‑team environment gives interns full integration and the chance to work with all team members. Typical tasks include:
- Legal research related to transaction matters;
- Writing research notes on specific technical issues;
- Reviewing and contributing to transaction documentation;
- Drafting corporate documents (minutes, management reports, etc.);
- Preparing audits;
- Assisting with transaction processes from preparation to closing.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for graduates or Master 2 students in business law, law trainees or foreign‑bar‑registered candidates. Candidates may have complemented their legal knowledge with courses in business or at a foreign university. A strong desire to gain international experience on high‑profile cases is essential.
Excellent proficiency in English is required. Rigor, dynamism, dedication to cases and teamwork are the main qualities sought.
