Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research in corporate real‑estate and environmental law.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions and contracts, in both French and English.
• Support acquisition and sale transactions, including audit, audit reports, and transaction documentation.
• Provide general assistance to partners and associates in daily case management.

Qualifications

• Current or completed Master 2 (equivalent) student in law, specializing in real‑estate or environmental law.
• Specialization in public or private law, with a focus on real‑estate or environmental matters.
• Preferably have additional qualifications from business school, IEP, or an LLM program.
• Strong command of the English language.
