Corporate Department – Paris.

Team

The departmental team – Corporate Immobilier / Environnement – consists of 3 Associates, 1 Counsel, and 2 Collaborators. The team works on private and public law matters across all real‑estate activities, including advisory and litigation for industrial clients, investment funds, listed real‑estate companies, and developers.

Internship Offer

We are looking for a stagiaire for a six‑month period from January to June 2027 in our Corporate Immobilier / Environnement department.

Missions

• Conduct legal research in our areas of intervention.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions and contracts, in French or English.
• Take part in acquisition and disposition operations (audit, audit reports, contractual documentation).
• Support collaborators and associates in the day‑to‑day management of files.

Profile

Student in law with a public or private law profile, oriented toward real‑estate or environmental law (degree or internship). The candidate must hold a Master 2 degree (in progress or completed). Dual programmes (business school, IEP, LLM) and good English proficiency are also appreciated.
