GE HealthCare seeks a first-year engineering or biomedical student for a 5-week discovery internship beginning mid-January at its Buc facility. The role involves assisting R&D teams in designing and developing artificial intelligence tools for medical imaging products, including data creation, tool improvement, and workflow exploration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI dataset creation through annotations and data collection
• Improve internal annotation and analysis tools
• Learn and explore R&D workflows in medical imaging

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in engineering or biomedical program
• Interest in computer vision and artificial intelligence
• Interest in medical imaging and clinical applications
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard office tools
• Linux environment experience (preferred)
• Python programming skills (preferred)
