Position Overview
In this role, you will support the commercial performance of the group by implementing and optimizing our CRM system. You will work closely with the Commercial Performance Manager, marketing and communication teams, and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and value CRM data: ensure data quality, detect and correct errors, manage import/export flows, produce detailed activity reports, automate workflows, and administer the platform.
- Support adoption of commercial tools: assist users daily, answer functional and technical questions, create and maintain a clear documentation center, conduct workshops and training sessions, produce user guides, handle complex requests, and gather user feedback for CRM evolution.
- Marketing: create and deploy targeted mailing campaigns, manage them end‑to‑end, analyze performance KPIs, and propose improvements.
- Events: support the organization of on‑site and remote events, anticipate needs with the Communication Director, and manage events from start to finish.
Qualifications
Student in the final year of a business or management school, seeking a 6‑month internship starting in April 2026, specializing in digital marketing or data. The role offers a permanent position upon successful completion.
