Descriptif du poste – Stage d’été (2 mois) non rémunéré

Role: Community Manager / Content Creator. Location: Paris 13th, hybrid working available. Start: As soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO, Sales & Marketing teams on high‑impact projects.
• Develop and execute the social‑media strategy for SmartGarant.
• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Produce carousels, short videos, reels and stories.
• Participate in video shoots and editing.
• Propose creative ideas focused on real‑estate, student housing, document fraud and rental advice.
• Keep up‑with social media trends and viral formats.
• Contribute to employer‑brand development and CEO personal branding.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Track performance metrics: views, engagement, followers, conversions.
• Support evolution of visual and editorial identity.

Qualifications

• Passionate about social media and content creation.
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and the platforms’ codes.
• Strong video‑editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
• Good aesthetic and graphic sensibility.
• Creative, curious and proactive.
• Stays on trend and understands what works on social media.
• Independent, thorough and responsive.
